OWEN STANLEYsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If he will lay upon the table of the House, Copies of any Report made to the Medical Department of the Privy Council by Dr, Buchanan as to the sanitary state of Holyhead, and any Communication that may have been made by order of the President of the Council to the President of the Poor Law Board on the same subject?

WALPOLEsaid, in reply, that he had no objection to lay the Report of Dr. Buchanan on the table; but as it would, in the ordinary course of things, appear among the Reports addressed to the Privy Council, the hon.
