§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, in order that the Standing Orders of the House in reference to Friday evenings might be complied with, he would move that the House do go into a Committee of Supply.
§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That Mr. Speaker do now leave the Chair."
§ MR. HUNTsaid, he hoped that it would be generally understood that the House must meet on Monday, in order that the Members appointed to try the Helston Petitions might be sworn.
§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, it had already been made known that the House must meet on Monday at the usual hour.
COLONEL EDWARDSsaid, he really hoped that there would be a House made on Monday. The making of a House to-day was due to Members sitting on the Opposition side of the House. The Government had not assisted in the least to make a House.
