§ Mr. Walpole reported from the General Committee of Elections, the names of the Members of the Select Committee appointed to try and determine the matter of the Petitions complaining of an undue Election and Return for the Borough of Helston, to which they had annexed the Petitions referred to them by the House relating thereto, and the Lists of Voters delivered in to the Committee:—Colonel Barttelot, the Honourable George Denman, Russell Gurney, esquire (Southampton), Lord Edward Howard (Arundel), the Right honourable Robert Lowe, Chairman.
