§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, the Memorial had been submitted to the consideration of the Treasury, who had sanctioned the arrangement for an increase of salary for those Sub-Inspectors who had served a certain number of years. Provision for that increase would be made in the Estimates, as the addition to this year's estimate would amount to £600.
