§ MR. ARTHUR MILLSsaid, he wished to ask the First Commissioner of Works, Whether it is intended to introduce any measure during the present Session for the Concentration of the Courts of Justice; and whether his attention has been called to the serious depreciation of property on the site recommended by the Commissioners of 1859, in consequence of the uncertainty which has prevailed during the last three years as to the intentions of the Government on this subject?
MR. COWPERsaid, in reply, that he was unable to give the hon. Gentleman as full an explanation as he would have wished upon this subject, but he hoped to be in a position to introduce certain Bills on the subject shortly after Easter.
