LEFEYREsaid, he wished to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether it is true that a British Ship, the Martaban, has been captured by the Alabama, and burnt by order of its captain; and, if so, what steps the Government are taking to obtain reparation, and to prevent the repetition of such outrages?
