HASSARDsaid, he wished to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, Whether, considering that the Irish Law Officers of the late Government had prepared a Bill for the Amendment of the Laws relating to Charitable Donations and Bequests in Ireland, which Bill they handed over to their successors now nearly four years ago, he intends to introduce any measure for the Amendment of the said Laws during the present Session?
§ MR. O'HAGANreplied, that he would not pledge himself to bring in a Bill, but be would certainly give the matter prompt and careful consideration.
