said, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, How the Foreshore in Harwich Harbour, near the entrance to the Stour, purchased by the Commissioners appointed by the 7 Queen Anne, c. 26, for the purpose of Fortifications, came into the possession of the Woods and Forests.

MR. PEEL

, in reply, said, the Foreshore in Harwich Harbour, near the entrance to the Stour, purchased for the purpose of Fortifications, came under the management of the Commissioners of Woods and Forests by virtue of an Act of the 10 & 11 Geo. IV.
