In reply to a question from Colonel

MR. CARDWELL

said, he had had a correspondence with the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland as to which regiments of Militia should be called out this year. The Lord Lieutenant recommended that the recruits of the western regiments should be called out on the 22nd of May, and the remainder of the regiments fourteen days afterwards.
