COGANsaid, he rose to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty when Returns of Papers and Correspondence between the Admiralty and the Royal Western Yacht Club of Ireland, ordered by the House on the 7th and 18th of April, will be laid on the Table; and whether there would be any objection to add to the Return any Correspondence on the subject with the Admiralty since those dates?
