ROUPELLsaid, he would beg to ask the President of the General Board of Health when the Commissioners appointed to inquire into the disposal of the Sewage of Towns, will be prepared to present their Report, and whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce any measure this Session based upon their recommendations?
MR. COWPERSir, the Town Sewage Commissioners are engaged in the preparation of their Report. Some portion of it is already in type. Until that Report is presented, I cannot say whether the Government will or will not introduce any measure on the subject.
