Answer to Address [26th April] reported, as follows:—
"I have received your Address, praying that no alteration may be made in the principle of the existing arrangements which regulate the admission to Cadet-ships in the Royal Artillery and Royal Engineers:
"And I shall give directions that the subject may be carefully considered."
