HC Deb 06 August 1857 vol 147 c1153
MR. G. A. HAMILTON

said, he wished to ask the Vice President of the Board of Trade whether he had received an answer from the Directors of the Kingstown Railway, explaining their non-compliance with the law; and, if so, whether he will communicate such answer to the House?

MR. LOWE

said, an answer had been received that morning. It was on the whole satisfactory, but as the correspondence was still going on he did not think it would be proper to lay it on the Table of the House.
