HC Deb 06 August 1857 vol 147 c1150
MR. CONINGHAM

said, he had given notice to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to sanction the removal of any portion of the National Collections of Pictures, in Trafalgar Square and Marlborough House to Brompton, and he would beg, in the absence of the Secretary to the Treasury, to put his question to the Secretary for the Colonies.

MR. LABOUCHERE

said, he could not imagine why the question was put to him as it was not in his department.
