HC Deb 25 April 1842 vol 62 c1072
Mr. Brotherton

asked, whether the commissioners appointed to examine respecting the employment of children in coal mines had yet made their report, and when it might be expected to be laid upon the Table?

Sir J. Graham

answered, that he had received the report only on Saturday— that it was very voluminous, and that he had not yet had an opportunity of examining it. He was, therefore, not prepared to reply to the latter part of the question of the hon. Member.
