§ Lord Lowther, having obtained leave to bring in a Bill 1397 for the removal of the Hay Market, in the Haymarket, St. James's Parish, to York, Clarence, and Cumberland Squares, it was brought up, read a first time, and ordered to be read a second time on Monday.
1398§ The noble Lord, in answer to a question from Mr. Hume, said he did not anticipate any expense to the Office of Woods and Forests from the removal of the market.
