Mr. Leake

stated, that in consequence of what had passed last night respecting delays in the court of chancery, he considered it his duty, out of respect to the House, although he believed it was not absolutely necessary, in point of form, that he should do so, to acquaint them, that it was not his intention to bring forward the measures upon that subject of which he had given notice at the end of the last session.
