§ The marquis of Londonderry moved that the ninth Report of the Commission of Inquiry into Courts of Justice in Ireland, together with the Answer of the Chief Baron of the Exchequer thereto, be referred to a Select Committee. Mr. S. Rice concurred in the motion. Mr. O'Grady cheerfully acquiesced in the motion, convinced as he was that the more light was thrown on the subject, the more would the result appear what he wished it to be. A Committee was accordingly appointed.
