§ Mr. RaynsfordAs part of the Government's agenda to modernise the planning system, we published a consultation paper last year outlining proposals to improve the arrangements for the delivery of local plans and UDPs. We intend to take those proposals forward. A full revision of PPG12 on development plans will be issued for public consultation shortly.
