§ Mr. Rooker[holding answer 13 April 1999]I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him on 23 March 1999,Official Report, column 217. I am not aware that any of these potatoes or their products have been imported into the UK. However, enforcement responsibility for imports of processed potatoes lies with local authorities.
