§ Mr. MorleyFollowing the recent agreement in Berlin, funding under the Common Agricultural Policy for agri-environment schemes and all the other measures under the Rural Development Regulation will be roughly 4.3 beuro per annum for the whole Community. Subject to confirmation by the European Commission, this includes an addition of about 140 meuro for agri-environment schemes. No further breakdown is yet available.
