§ Mr. MudieThe Department for Education and Employment plans to implement the Government Procurement Card (GPC) on a pilot basis before the end of 1998. As the Department and its next steps agency, the Employment Service, already make extensive use of national contracts and electronic invoicing, DfEE will want to evaluate the pilot before considering full roll out of the GPC.
