§ Ms Glenda JacksonUnder their incentive regime Great Western Trains pay approximately £125,000 per period up front as a benchmark figure. Depending on performance they then receive money back or pay OPRAF a further sum. The up front payments to the end of September amount to £765,753. They have paid a836W further £486,000 for cancellations and delays of over 20 minutes. It is not possible to provide a more detailed breakdown because of commercial confidentiality.
