§ Mr. MorleyThe Ministry helps to prevent the destruction and encourages the maintenance of dry stone walls through agri-environment schemes. Both the Environmentally Sensitive Areas and Countryside Stewardship Schemes provide payments for wall restoration and associated maintenance.
