§ Mr. CabornResources for individual RDAs will be announced later this year and expenditure programmes will be transferred to them in April 1999. The conditions applied to the use of the resources will be set out in the Financial Memoranda and other guidance issued to RDAs when they are established following enactment of the Regional Development Agencies Bill, which is currently before Parliament.
