To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what rent his Department is currently paying to Associated British Ports for Crickhowell House in Cardiff; what is the length of the lease; and what are the break-points in the lease. [28339]

For reasons of commercial confidentiality it is Government policy not to disclose information about rent levels for individual properties. The lease runs for 25 years from 31 August 1993 with no break provision.
