§ Mr. MilburnAll health authorities are required by law to arrange access to adequate pharmaceutical services, and all health authorities do so. To help them, we have the Essential Small Pharmacies Scheme which guarantees a minimum level of National Health Service income for pharmacies more than one kilometre from the next pharmacy.
