§ Mr. Andrew SmithIn all, the Employment Service (ES) expects to deliver over 50,000 training days to equip its staff to operate New Deal in addition to established training provision. The main recipients of training will be ES New Deal Personal Advisers but a variety of other training is taking place including coverage of marketing, vacancy taking, team leadership and processes.
