§ Mr. Andrew SmithNorth Staffordshire Training and Enterprise Council have formed a consortium to deliver the Environment Task Force option in the North Staffordshire area. Nine voluntary organisations are involved in the consortium which may offer projects in the Stoke-on-Trent, North area and there are five other organisations whose involvement is under consideration.
