§ Mr. BayleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list(a) the number of discharges from acute psychiatric care, (b) the number of such patients dying within one year of discharge, (c) the crude death rate within one year per 1,000 person years at risk for such patients and (d) the same death rate standardised for (i) age and sex and (ii) age, sex and diagnosis for each NHS trust for each of the last five years.
