To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the total grant paid in 1991–92, and each subsequent year, from the voluntary youth service, village halls and community centres programme. [41010]

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what estimate he has made of the amount of funding that will be allocated to Welsh local authorities in 1997–98 when the responsibility for the voluntary youth service, village halls and community centres is transferred to them. [41012]
