§ Mr. Hague"Helping Farmers in Wales", the charter standard for farmers in Wales, was published on 5 October 1995. Approximately 7,300 copies have been issued through the offices of the Country Landowners' Association, the Farmers' Union of Wales, the National Farmers' Union and my Agriculture Department.
