§ Mr. HagueMy Department issued a circular letter (DGM(96)(12) on 30 January 1996, giving guidance to health authorities on the future arrangements for health promotion in Wales and the role of Health Promotion Wales. Copies of the letter have been placed in the Library of the House.
Health Promotion Wales will be expected to meet all of its costs through the contracts it secures with health authorities, the Welsh Office and other organisations.
