To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) by what percentage the price of gas for industrial and commercial customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made of the reasons for the changes; [18462]

(2) by what percentage the price of electricity for commercial and industrial customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made of the reasons for the changes; [18464]

(3) by what percentage the price of telecommunications for industrial and commercial customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made of the reasons for the changes; [18460]

(4) by what percentage the price of telecommunications for domestic customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made of the reasons for the changes; [18461]
