To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) by what percentage the price of water and water services for domestic customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made of the reasons for the changes. [18466]

(2) by what percentage the price of water and water services for commercial and industrial customers has changed in Wales over the past five years, on a year-by-year basis; and what assessment he has made to the reasons for the changes. [18372]

The yearly average percentage increases in water and sewerage charges to household customers in Wales served by Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig are as follows:
