§ Mr. NorrisNottingham's green commuter plan is an initiative by Nottingham city council, Nottingham Green Partnership, Transport 2000 Trust and Nottinghamshire county council to encourage local organisations and companies to manage the transport needs of their staff and thus improve the environmental impact of their operations. My Department welcomes voluntary initiatives at a local level such as this.
