§ Mrs. BrowningThirteen farmers have submitted claims for ex gratia payments in respect of cattle which tested seropositive for foot and mouth disease antibodies and subsequently slaughtered in 1993. So far 10 farmers have submitted satisfactory evidence to support their claims which have been approved for payment in 1995.
