§ Mr. SoamesMy Department has no plans to monitor the Beaufort's dyke explosive dumping ground. The Scottish Office agriculture, environment and fisheries department marine laboratory surveyed an area of the North channel, including part of Beaufort's dyke in November 1995 and an interim survey report was published yesterday, copies of which have been placed in the Library of the House.
