§ Mr. MacleanNo. The Association of Chief Police Officers guidance on self-defence and restraint, which is currently under review, deals with operational matters which could be of assistance to criminals and is not intended for publication outside the police service. Any evidence on neck holds and arm locks available to the Police Complaints Authority is a matter for the authority itself.
