§ Mrs. Angela KnightFour executive agencies—the Royal Mint, the Valuation Office, Paymaster and the Central Statistical Office—are responsible to the Chancellor of the Exchequer. My right hon. and learned Friend is in contact with the heads of these agencies as appropriate. To date this year, he has met personally the head of the Central Statistical Office.
