§ Mr. RichardsThe Glan-y-mor NHS trust expects to be able to submit its outline business case for the new Baglan hospital by June 1995. It will include the costs of a public sector option and detail how the trust intends to explore sources of finance from the private sector. In68W order to meet the planned completion date of financial year 1998–99, the trust aims to award main contracts by about the end of 1996.
