§ Mr. RedwoodExpenditure on management and other consultants engaged by the Welsh Office was £1,454,000 in 1993–94 and £805,000 in 1994–95. Contracts for 1995–96 have not yet been finalised, but I have asked that expenditure should not exceed the reduced level recorded in 1994–95.
