§ Mr. Gwilym JonesCarbon fibre is an inorganic material used in the manufacture of a wide range of products including aircraft, high-performance cars and sports equipment. It is normally used, in small quantities, as a strengthening material. The World Health Organisation has indicated that the potential health risk from carbon fibre pollution in the general environment is very low.
