§ Mr. Gwilym JonesAs at 31 March 1994, Clwyd county council let 3,640 hectares of land as smallholdings. It is not possible to estimate the number of hectares of council farm tenancies falling within each individual new local authority. It is the Government's intention that the smallholdings should be transferred to the new authorities.
