asked Her Majesty's Government: Whether they are satisfied that the undertakings given before the House of Lords Select Committee on the Cardiff Bay Barrage Bill by the Promoters of the Bill on 8th March 1993 in document CB25 have been fulfilled and if not whether they will ensure that they are fulfilled.

The Government are satisfied that to date the requirements of the House of Lords Select Committee on the Cardiff Bay Barrage Bill in relation to the undertakings contained in document CB25 have been fulfilled. Some obligations have yet to arise. The Government intend that they will also be fulfilled.
