§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many representations he has received from(a) organisations and (b) individuals in favour of replacing the Welsh dragon with the Union flag on promotional literature issued by the Welsh development agency.
§ Mr. RedwoodI have received no such representations. The changes to the promotional literature which I have suggested to the Welsh development Agency are intended to heighten the profile of Wales as a location for inward investment, and there is no question of the Welsh dragon being replaced by the Union flag. Like the hon. Member, I am proud of the dragon and the Welsh colours and wear them wherever possible.
