§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what consultations he has had with the sea fisheries committees covering the Welsh coastline within the six-mile limit in relation to the continuation of obligations subsequent to Welsh local government reform.
§ Mr. RedwoodI propose to consult the unitary authorities, after they have been elected in 1995, about their views on the future arrangements for sea fisheries committees. Existing sea fisheries committees would also be consulted.
