Further to my Answer of 28th October 1993 to the noble Lord, Lord Gainford(Official Report, col. WA97) I am pleased to confirm that I shall establish the Public Trust Office as an executive agency on 1st July 1994.I will arrange for a copy of the Public Trust Office's framework document to be placed in the Library.
