§ Mr. Michael ForsythIt is too early to evaluate fully the market test of the distibution of Health and Safety Executive publications. The new arrangements became effective on 4 October 1993 for a three-year period. The HSE is monitoring closely the performance of both contractors. An interim evaluation will take place after the first full year of the new operation and a full evaluation will take place at the end of the second year.
