Sir Harold Walker

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what level of financial support is currently given by his Department to Remploy ; and what the figure was in each of the last 15 years.

Fogden to Sir Harold Walker, dated 21 June 1994: The Secretary of State has asked me to reply to your question regarding the level of financial support which is currently given to Remploy by the Employment Service and the figures for the past 15 years. In the current financial year Remploy will be receiving a total of £92,082,000. The figures for the past 15 years are as follows:
